While both are multivitamins with 160 mg Lustriva per serving, there are a few differences between the Liquid Morning Multivitamin + Hair Growth and Multivitamin + Hair Growth Gummies. Namely, the liquid formula contains thiamin and choline which are not in the gummies, and the gummies contain iodine and selenium which are not in the liquid.
